GENERAL
The following applies to Germany:
We operate exclusively in accordance with the General German Freight Forwarding Conditions 2017 (ADSp 2017). We expressly draw attention to the liability provisions in the ADSp 2017 that deviate from statutory requirements.
For international road freight transport:
The Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR) governs, among other things, the carrier’s liability provisions.
